Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: This means that the shipping cost is included in the item purchase price, and that The Plow is paying shipping costs out of the purchase price. In the event of a return, that original shipping cost that was paid by The Plow, will be deducted from the refund (see Return Policy below for more information).

  • What providers are used for free shipping?
    Services used include USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and Fedex Ground. It is at The Plow’s discretion what service is used. Packages under one pound will almost always be shipped by USPS Ground Advantage. Most packages under 20 lbs will be shipped by USPS Ground Advantage, occasionally a USPS Priority Mail flat rate option will be used. Most packages over 20 lbs will be shipped by UPS Ground or Fedex Ground (once again, occasionally a USPS Priority Mail flat rate option may be used).
  • Expedited Shipping?
    If you are in need of an expedited shipping option, please contact hello@theplowstore.comfor a quote. Please include what you would like to order and how fast you would like to receive it.
  • Alaskan and International Customers

Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

If the return is being made because of an error by The Plow, it will be handled differently. If you would like to return something because you ordered the wrong part or no longer need it, see below for more information.

  1. Return Authorization Required
    Before returning any product, you must contact us at hello@theplowstore.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
  2. Shipping Cost
    Customers are responsible for all original and return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure arrival. Any shipping costs paid by The Plow in relation to the order will be deducted from the refund, this includes any discounted shipping (i.e. Free shipping).
  1. Condition of Returned Items
    All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. Products that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return.
  2. Restocking Fee
    A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund amount for all returned items. (This is to cover the cost of preparing shipments and handling returns including supplies, time, etc.)
  3. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee and any shipping costs paid by The Plow.
  4. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain products may not be eligible for return including electronics in sealed packaging, valves, modules, etc. Please contact us for more details regarding any item-specific return restrictions.
  5. Package Deals/Kits
    Items that were purchased as part of a kit or package deal will lose their discount if a partial return is done. Unreturned items from the kit or package deal will be deducted from the refund at their normal (non-discounted) price.
